North Woods

North Woods is an Active Adult (55 plus) subdivision of detached, single family homes planned for 5 separate phases of more than 130 residences. The ranch-style homes range from approximately 1,200 to 2,000 sq. ft. of interior living space. Most homes have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2-car, attached garages. Some homes have basements, including some with walkout basements.

Access to the North Woods neighborhood is from Lebanon Avenue (Route 16 East) onto Northern Boulevard.
