Cedar Knolls is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s with a small, infill section of newer homes built ca. 2004 on Hayfield Road and Cotton Road. The newer homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 baths and range from approximately 2,000 to 2,500 sq. ft. of interior living space.
The older homes typically range from approximately 1,100 to 2,100 sq. ft. of interior living space with 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2-1/2 baths.
Access to the Cedar Knolls neighborhood is from Danbury Road (Route 202) or Pickett District Road onto Cedar Knolls Drive.
