Tyler Walk Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked or canned white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 6-oz cans water-packed tuna, drained
Directions
- Combine the beans, onion, garlic, and parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Season to taste with black pepper
- Add the tuna, lightly stirring all together.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.
