Tyler Walk Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked or canned white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 6-oz cans water-packed tuna, drained

Directions

  • Combine the beans, onion, garlic, and parsley.
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Season to taste with black pepper
  • Add the tuna, lightly stirring all together.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.

Serves: 4
