Chadds Ford Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 3 whole walnuts, broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 tsp. "natural all fruit" preserves (no sugar)
  • 1 small fresh fruit, sliced (such as apple, pear, peach) or 1 cup berries

Directions

  • Blend the ricotta cheese, walnuts and preserves.
  • Use cheese mixture as a dip for fruit or eat with a spoon.

Serves: 1

Note: Great for a nutritious breakfast, lunch, or snack.
