Buckmanville Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 T. flour
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 T. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 pork chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add ketchup, water, vinegar, and mustard; blend thoroughly.
- Place pork chops in baking dish and pour mixture evenly over the chops.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Serves: 4
Note: This recipe would also be good using chicken instead of pork.
Shorten baking time to approximately 1 1/2 hours depending on thickness of chicken parts.
