Twins are found on Middle Park Drive, Rowley Court, Sandown Court, and Sherwood Court. Median interior living space is approximately 1,600 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-fifth of an acre.

Townhomes are found on Berkshire Drive, Creekside Drive, and New Market Drive. Median interior living space is approximately 1,625 sq. ft.

Entry into the subdivision is from Allentown Road onto Banbury Drive or Beck Road onto Middle Park Drive.
