Woodhill Corridor

School District: Council Rock Upper Makefield, the Crown of Residential Real EstateWe define the Woodhill Corridor as the area of Upper Makefield Township bounded by Taylorsville, Eagle, Stonybrook and Woodhill Roads. Numerous historic and custom contemporary homes line these roads as well as Highland, Shannon and Creamery. Additionally, the "corridor" is home to a nine planned developments of detached, single family homes. Also found within the corridor boundaries are an upscale townhome community (Heritage Hills) as well as one of the increasingly-popular 'active adult' communities (Traditions) that appear throughout the nation with increasing frequency. A list of builders and developers along the Woodhill Corridor is a who's who of the region's most respected; it includes some of the best work from such names as Knipe, Michaels, Parry, Sansalone, Trueblood, & Zaveta, among others. The homes and residential subdivisions along Woodhill Road are considered by many some as the most prestigious address in southeastern Pennsylvania. Indeed, when comparing sales by municipality, Upper Makefield Township ranks at the top of the price-scale, comparable to (and often exceeding) those comprising Philadelphia's "Main Line." Street Names: Creamery Road, Eagle Road, Highland Road, Taylorsville Road, Woodhill Road
