Regency at Upper Makefield is as an Active Adult (55 plus) townhome community announced by Toll Brothers in 2007. Models range from approximately 2,200-2,600 sq. ft. of interior living space. Units are 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and 2-car garage. According to Toll Brothers sales would begin in Spring of 2008. As of June, 2011, the development has not been started.
