It has detached, single family homes with townhomes and condos on Mews Dr. which is located entirely in Sellersville Borough. Singles are located both in Sellersville and Perkasie. Building of the singles began before "The Mews." Median age is 1988. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,450 to 2,500 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,850 sq. ft.
