Woodbury Borough Hall is located at 201 State Street, (PO Box 246), Woodbury PA 16695; phone: 814-766-3111. First settled ca. 1800, Woodbury Borough was incorporated in 1868, split-off from Woodbury Township. The main throroughfare is Woodbury Pike (Route 36), named "Main Street" within the boro limits.

WOODBURY. Is a borough containing 281 inhabitants, located in Middle Woodbury township, Bedford county, 18 miles northeast of Bedford, the county seat. It has daily stage communication with Martinsburgh, its shipping depot and banking town, located 6 miles north, on M. C. Br. Penn. R. R.
