Leisuretown is an Active Adult (55-plus) community comprised mainly of detached single family residences with some townhomes. Most homes were built during the 1970s and 1880s. Some homes (along Dutchess Court, Mayfair Road, Newbury Drive, Warwick Way, Westminster Drive and other streets) were built ca, 2000-2007 and are largely considered part of the Leisuretown community. Median overall age is ca. 1977. Typical singles generally have 2 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2 baths with 1-car attached garage; no basements. Median lot size is less than 1/5th of an acre. The primary access to the Leisuretown neighborhood is from Route 70 onto Huntington Drive.
